Bagamat marami-rami pa rin kumakaaway sa Iglesia ni Cristo na laganap sa buong daigdig, manapa'y marami rin naman ang nagpupuri sa Iglesia ng Dios bilang tagasulong ng pagkakaisa at kapayapaan sa buong mundo.

Ang sabi ni THOMAS E. WOODS, isang mamamahayag sa The Free Lance-Star:

"...the Catholic Church more than to any other institution that we owe so many of the treasures of Western civilization. Knowingly or not, scholars operated for two centuries under an Enlightenment prejudice that assumes all progress to come from religious skeptics, and that whatever the church touches is backward, superstitious, even barbaric."
